Startup Idea: Speech-to-Text Conversion Software for Indian Accents

Startup idea to develop a specialized speech-to-text conversion software. The software should be able to interpret the conversation of indian IT workers by translating their spoken words into readable English. Recognizing that standard speech-to-text solutions like Google Notes aren't efficient for this task, hence the need for a unique solution.

I work in the IT industry. A big pain point in my daily work is the inability to understand indian IT workers. If there was a speech-to-text conversion software that could articulate what they say in readible english, I would pay huge money for that. Communication is a key part of any project team. Google notes speech-to-text does not pick up words as easily.
