Startup Idea: Improved Closed Captioning and Accessibility Software

Startup idea to develop an advanced software that improves automatic translation for video closed captioning, increases video accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and adds detailed descriptions to videos. The aim is to significantly enhance the current state of closed captioning services like Google/YouTube's, in order to better serve users who are hard of hearing.

I work in a tech field that handles accessibility for students with disabilities. We have a lot of trouble with students who are hard of hearing and videos that lack closed captioning, and feel that Google/YouTube's closed captioning service is subpar at best and completely incomprehensible at worst. A software that improved that automatic translation algorithm, allowed individuals to make videos more accessible from the watcher standpoint, or that added descriptions would be amazing.
