Startup Idea: Cultural Site Research Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that organizes and manages site information, including phase 1-3 reports, past reports, and National register status, for firms working in the field of cultural resource management.

I work in cultural resource management in a small firm with about 35 people working. Due to the nature of the job we spend hours upon hours researching sites. It'd be great if software could come up with a way to organize all the site information such as phase 1-3 reports, past reports, National register status, and so on.
