Startup Idea: Vendor Presentation Scheduling Tool for Interior Design Firm

Startup idea to develop an intuitive tool that automates the process of scheduling vendor presentations by integrating with the main outlook calendar. Emails containing appointment details should be auto populated only when flagged for acceptance and notifications should be triggered on failure. Optimization of communicating these appointments to staff is also required.

I work for an interior designfirmthathas suddenly skyrocketeed in popularity.I would love a way to somehow notate times available on the main outlook calendar for vendor presentations and then have them auto polulate from email only if flagged (for acceptance) and, if its not too much,have those appointments emailed. Otherwise I/d at least need a notification so I could email the staff.
