Startup Idea: Digital Inventory Management System for Gymnasiums

Startup idea to develop a digital inventory management system to tackle the communications issue between entry-level staff and management at a university gym. The system would track levels of supplies (cleaning solutions, equipment, etc.) and prompt for reordering when levels run low.

I currently work at my university's school gymnasium and we have a communications gap between the entry level staff and management on when supplies need to be re-ordered. Presently we just get to tell the management staff about lack of supplies( cleaning solutions and equipment)and tgey get to it about two weeks later.If we could get a system that digitally tracks the inventory levels then we could deal with this problem more efficiently.
