Startup Idea: Desktop Security App with Webcam and Audio Recording

Startup idea to develop a security application for desktop which activates the webcam and records audio when an incorrect login password is inputted. This will allow users to discretely monitor and track unauthorized attempts to access their computer.

I would like to have a security app on my desktop, that would run my webcam when someone entered the wrong login password to my pc. I have live with 4 people, and not everyone in my home is trustworthy unfortunately. I would love to discreetly be able to track attempts to use my computer. Perhaps this technology exists around, i haven't found it. I would actually like the capability to record audio as well. This would be valuable for business as well.
