Startup Idea: Voice-activated Warning System App for Mentally Ill Individuals

Startup idea to develop a voice-activated mobile application that assists people with mental illnesses in situations with police or authorities. If the user speaks a trigger word during a stressful situation, the app would activate and publicly convey their disability and communication needs, effectively safeguarding the individual.

There has been a rise of persons with mental illness being caught in situations with police or authority. Because some of these individuals do not have the capacity to communicate in a stressful situation, situations get out of hand.

Since everyone carries a cell phone now, it would be interesting if a software could be downloaded so that if the person said a single word in a panic (a common trigger word, and maybe could be voice activated or trained to the persons voice?), the phone would turn on and loudly state that the person is disabled, what their impairment is, and how to communicate with them, or what to do or not to do?.
