Startup Idea: Software for Effective Bar Selling and Profit Forecasting

Startup idea to develop a software tool that aids in selling bars or similar establishments by comparing market data, and provides a profit forecast calendar for better management and planning.

My Mom owns a bar, she would like to sell it, but we have no idea how to go about doing so. I wish there were software that you could put in the details of the place and see comparably who bought similar places and for how much. We might be able to find solid leads and investors. Kind of like Real estate agent in the box as we need to decide where to focus our time. We have listed with a variety of agents and ALL of them were ineffective.

It would also be really neat to have a "profit" calendar. I am a family member looking in, if I had to take over the bar I'd be lost as to what weekends are huge. It would be great to pull up a calendar and say hey, this is busy, this is slow. It would help on planning and staffing.
