We need software that helps us track the changing demographics of areas based on current information. With mass migration happening, we need to know who is moving in where and what their cultural background is. Once we have that data we will know how best to help them. This software could include cultural information and taboos that would make it easier to communicate with migrants. A list of possible languages spoken as well as likely religious beliefs would be helpful too. The whole idea would be to have one resource that can prepare social workers to be relevant and efficient with new arrivals.
