Startup Idea: Startup Idea: Real-Time Bus Tracking Software

Startup idea to create user-friendly software aimed at providing real-time updates on bus location for users. The application should be designed to track buses on different routes, thus allowing users to plan their timings and avoid wastage of time.

I catch the bus quite frequently, I find that it helps me to save money on gas, I am way less stressed dealing with traffic and it is a good thing for the environment. Because I ride frequently I kind of know when my bus will be at my stop so I wait around that time. But, occasionally I will switch routes to ones I am not familiar with and therefore I am unsure of exactly when they will be there. Anyway, I would like to see some software that could maybe track my bus route letting me know specifically WHERE MY BUS IS. That way I am not left waiting and wondering for 20 or 30 minutes if I am in the right place, when it will be there, if I have missed it already, when another one will come.
