I work at a restaurant and one of the things that I wish I had was the ability to track consumer complaints. I want to ensure my customers get the absolute best experience and is insured that they have a way to provide feedback in real time if something needs changed. Sometimes my employees get overburdened and it can slow down this process so an option like an app that can solve this issue would be very useful. I would gladly pay for a service that solves this issue.
