Startup Idea: Voicemail and Phone Reservation Management Software for Restaurants

Startup idea to develop a program that can manage and track all phone and voicemail reservations in a restaurant. This software should ideally have the ability to integrate with existing reservation platforms like OpenTable, offering an all-in-one solution for restaurant reservation management.

I am a chef of a restaurant that employs 15-20 people. We are successful and quite busy, taking reservations online and by phone/voicemail.

Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep track of all reservations made by phone/voicemail and also online. Opentable is a software we use to keep track of reservations strictly made online.

It would be ideal if we could have another program that would listen to and keep track of all reservations left on voicemail as well as made via phone. It would also be helpful if this program could work hand in hand with opentable. I have not tried to find a solution for this as I know from my experience it doesn't exist yet.
