I work in bookkeeping accounting. We are a cloud based company. We have our clients upload the documents (invoices, receipts, etc) to our cloud server. We could use a software that takes all of the files and moves them to a main file automatically. After it moves the file it submits a small message to the client letting them know that we have cleared their box.

We spend a large amount of time checking to see if something has been submitted, moving it to the main file and then posting a receipt to the clients file. While minor, saving those 5-10 secs opening each individual file would be an ultimate time savor and help us more efficiently keep up with the world load. Right now there could be hours between when something is submitted and we grab it from the box.

We wouldn't even need anything really to let the clients know it was grabbed, the cloud file would be empty indicating it was checked. Just moving the files automatically would help improve our real time accounting of documents. Yes, we have recently started talking to a software developer to try and figure out a solution since we were unable to find anything main stream that worked. For now we have solved this problem by bringing on an additional employee who's job is to watch the folder and move the files.
