Startup Idea: Smart Package Sorting Solution

Startup idea to develop new software to enhance the accuracy of package sorting in large facilities. The proposed solution should be capable of reading the package's visible address and compare it with the information from the barcode/QR code. Any inconsistency detected should result in the package being separately sorted manually.

I currently work at a large sortation facility for delivering packages.

The machine that sorts the packages occasionally makes mistakes on sorting the packages based on QR codes and barcodes. I think this could be remedied if the software that is sorting the packages would also read the package's address and check that the information from the barcode/QR code and the visible address are the same, otherwise they should be separated to be manually sorted.

I believe that software like this would be incredibly valuable to myself, and more particularly the company I work for. I have not, this problem is outside of my skill set.
