I work for a national paving contractor. We bid on large paving projects and then subcontract the work to smaller, local companies. Unfortunately, I have to spend a lot of time each week checking up on these subcontracted companies, and many times they try to stretch the truth about their progress.

Something that would be very helpful to me is if there was a piece of software or database that helped me keep track of these subcontracted companies. Many times it is difficult to get the accurate information I need in order to pass along timelines and projections to the client. If there was a way to integrate a piece of software into Salesforce or some other CRM that would help a contracting company keep track of its subcontracted work better, I'm sure there would be a market for it. no.
