Startup Idea: Construction Worker Tracking and Safety Compliance Software

Startup idea to develop a system enabling real-time tracking of construction workers using GPS, while concurrently monitoring the usage of safety equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.

I work at a construction site. One problem we have is an issue keep track of employees during construction. Often times our employees may not be where they should be or may not be following safety regulations. I think a system that tracks workers base on GPS and also tracks safety equipment might be very useful for solving this problem. I would pay for this software.
