Startup Idea: Physician Compensation Statement Automation Software

Startup idea to develop a software capable of automating the distribution process of physician compensation statements. The software should be able to segregate individual tabs within an Excel file, convert them to PDF and email them to the respective physicians effectively reducing manual work, time and potential errors.

I work with physician compsensation statements. The statements are done in Excel with each practice in a separate file. Each file has a tab for the individual physician within the practice. The tabs are added to a summary tab which must tie to a practice level income statement. My problems is that each physician must be emailed his individual sheet,but not anyone elses. We currently have to save each tab individually as a .pdf file and then email them individually to a the respective physicians. We need a reliable software that would be able to "burst" the tabs within a file and email them to the physicians. We currently have to do this for over 300 physicians. It take more than a day to do it and it is the possiblity always exists that a statement would be sent to a wrong physician. Yes, we would be willing to pay for this software.
