Startup Idea: Efficient Meeting Management Software

Startup idea to develop software aimed at reducing the number of unproductive meetings and optimizing communication at multi-campus universities. The software would include features like brainstorming, task tracking, video calling, document attachments, and updates.

I work in a university that has three campuses spread over a very large geographical area. My department has countless meetings which are conducted over videoconference (I attend an average of 15 meetings a week, each usually being one hour long) and a lot of them are unproductive.

I'd love to see some software that could supplement or even replace meetings, such as features for brainstorming, ticketing and tracking actions required, updates, attachments for documents, and also some kind of chat or video calling included.

I have yet to encounter a viable piece of software like this on the market today. I would definitely pay for this software.

If this software worked as anticipated it would dramatically cut down on the number of meetings I'd need to attend and also increase efficiency and productivity since people could get on their duties without having to endlessly talk about them.
