Startup idea to develop a software that manages and regulates heat and lighting system. The software will optimise cost by managing heat and light based on room usage and temperature, thereby contributing to energy efficiency and cost savings.

I think a good thing that software could solve would be a heat and lighting regulating system. The software would detect the best time to turn on the heat and lights because of proper temperature control, but also because of a way to optimize the price of the heat. The software would shut off the heat when a room is not being used, but then turn it on when it is.
