I work in retail as a manager. I think a system that can help make information easier to relay to everyone. I have about 12 workers that I have to manage, and the traditional methods of handing out paper or sending messages can be a bit inconvenient and it can also be somewhat unreliable.

I'd like a system that ensures that the person getting the message received it and also a system that allows me to send information out to everyone at once. I'd like something that could track this information and let me know who is really paying attention or not. Message include memos, notices, schedules among other things.
