Startup Idea: Recruitment Sourcing Software for IT Professionals

Startup idea to develop a software that simplifies sourcing for IT recruiters. The software actively presents top candidates with their interests including preferred contracts, pay rates, and working hours. It should also feature a do not disturb indicator for professionals who aren't interested in being contacted.

I am an IT recruiter and it is very hard to find a software that makes sourcing easier. There are certain candidates that are highly sought after and have zero interest in being bothered. An easy IT software could actively show top candidates with their interest and I am confident those candidates with zero interest would be willing to put that out there...almost like a do not contact unless it is a contract with x pay, x amount of hours weekly, and a permanent position.
