Startup Idea: CRM With Automatic Call Tracking and Text Transcription

Startup idea to develop a Customer Relationship Management software which not only tracks calls but also has a feature to convert the call conversations into text to facilitate record keeping.

At my job, we do alot of development of customer relationships. its hard to keep the data clear and those in charge are not very good at their job. we need a new way to keep track of customers and interactions. i think something that tracks when a call is made, has options that show what was said and maybe even the ability to automaticaly track what is said by the customer and transfer it to text.
