At my job, we do alot of development of customer relationships. its hard to keep the data clear and those in charge are not very good at their job. we need a new way to keep track of customers and interactions. i think something that tracks when a call is made, has options that show what was said and maybe even the ability to automaticaly track what is said by the customer and transfer it to text.
