Startup Idea: Virtual Assistant Task Organizer Software

Startup idea to develop a software for virtual assistants that organizes and categorizes tasks. It helps in separate storage of work items from personal documents, and sorting them into specific subjects like budgets, children activities etc.

I am currently working as a virtual assistant for a mother who needs help with tasks such a making projects for her kids to do that she can print from home, organizing her budget, and helping with homework & projects that the kids have for school as well as helping with any of her husbands work paperwork. With all the information she is sending me on a daily biases, it would be wonderful to have a program on my computer to organize those work things and keep them separate from my personal documents. The program should also be able to sort all the items into subjects such as budgets, kids, etc.
