Startup Idea: Budget Tracker for Paycheck-to-Paycheck Living

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive budgeting application that enables individuals living paycheck to paycheck to track their spending, input receipts, and calculate needed weekly funds based on entered financial obligations.

Would love to see a program to allow tracking of spending and receipts. Currently all budgiting programs dont allow people who live pay check to pay check to see how much they have to have each week. Would like to have a program that would let me input a date/bill/amount then caculate how much i need each week.
