Startup Idea: Data Visualization Software for Scientific Research

Startup idea to build a software program that enables scientific researchers to chronologically order their data on a calendar-like interface. This will simplify data comparison over specific dates or time periods, making it easier to analyze large data sets.

I work in scientific research. We have a lot of data. If there was a program that could put data into a time table (like a calendar) so you could look at data from beginning to end, or just some time points, it would be so helpful. Its hard to compare data over hundreds of excel files, and sometimes we just want to compare two specific dates or two time periods.
