Startup Idea: Agriculture Herbicide Management App

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive application targeted at farmers and Pest Control Advisors. The application is aimed to efficiently manage weeds in the farming sector by selecting the specific state, the crop, and weed species to suggest the relevant herbicides.

I work in agriculture, specifically, with how to manage weeds. I work directly with farmers and Pest Control Advisors. They have to make decisions about how to manage specific weeds, and which herbicides control which weeds.

However, the information is found on product labels, which have to be carefully read in order to understand which products specifically kill which weeds. These labels are crop and state specific, which makes it even more complicated.

It would be great to have an app which would allow farmers or PCA's to select the state, the crop, and then the specific weed species, which would then spit out the recommended herbicides.
