Startup Idea: Offline Password Organizer for Multiple Platforms

Startup idea to develop a secure offline program that organizes and stores username and passwords of different platforms. It should work by providing easy accessibility across web browsers, ensuring secure data storage that is resistant to hacking threats.

I do a lot of crowd work, freelance writing, search engine evaluation, and coding for stock trading programs. I get paid across many different platforms and have many different passwords, usernames, security prompts, etc that I have to remember or write down and their all different.

This is a big pain and I've never found I way that I fully trust other than just storing my info in a notebook. It would be great if there were a program that could organize your passwords and user names across platforms without being subject to security risk. I've looked years ago but wasn't satisfied. I think it should be a program that would keep passwords in a localized offline directory and not stored on any "cloud" where it can be hacked. At the same time it should be easily available when prompted by browsers, assuming you are logged in properly.

I would pay for it if I could find something similar.
