Startup Idea: Web App for Hardware Specifications and Compatibility

Startup idea to develop a web app that comes with an extensive database of various hardware types. It will provide information on the minimum and recommended power supply units and water cooling systems required for each hardware type, making hardware upgrading and system future-proofing tasks much simpler.

I'd love it if there was a program or just a web app with a vast database of types of hardware, and what power supply units and water cooling systems would be the bare minimum and even recommended ones to use to maintain them. This occurred to me just now as I've been trying to decide how to upgrade my own system and give it some relative(3+ years) "future proofing."

It's frustrating having to go to forums, some of which aren't going to net you any attempts at help or might even give you bad advice. A web app from a trusted entity would make this a far better experience and wouldn't take 2 minutes to do provided we already had the specs we're looking to shoot for.

The technology and know-how for this already exists; to implement it in this form would be incredibly helpful to computer users.
