Startup Idea: Pantone Digital Color Identifier and Converter

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that helps freelance artists identify and recreate color nuances. The software will be capable of recognizing colors in the environment and providing Pantone color names, numbers and relevant codes for digital painting programs and HTML.

I'm a freelance artist. I would love a digital color program that I could use to identify colors on the go. It would have Pantone recognized colors with names and numbers. It would also provide the artist with digital information to digitally recreate colors they see around them - on flowers, in the sky, on a tshirt, whatever. It would include the color codes for html and digital painting programs, so you can manually pick the color in your chosen program.
