Startup Idea: Automated Form Update for Underwriting

Startup idea to develop a software that automatically updates forms to the current year's edition for underwriting support technicians. This would drastically reduce manual work, save time, and increase efficiency especially with renewals.

I work as an underwriting support technician, whose primary function is issuing renewals.

One of the biggest problems I experience is an issue with the forms not updating to the current years edition. Often times, I'll have to change this manually, and even fill out the form manually myself. This can turn something that is supposed to only take 10 minutes, into a 30 plus minute task depending on how many forms I need to update.

If the forms would update automatically to the current editions, the amount of time saved both from avoiding the manual route as well as lessening the need to check every single form would be improved dramatically.
