Startup Idea: Integrated User Testing Software for Defense Contractor

Startup idea to develop a software aimed at enhancing the user testing phase for a defense contractor. The envisioned software would record user testing cases, track the amount of clicks on a location, monitor the time spent on a page, measure the scrolling done on a page etc., thus easing the user testing process and making it more accurate.

I work as a software developer for a defense contractor. My team deals with the company website and we have a lot of tasks at hand. At the same time we focus a lot on user testing. What would be nice is to have some sort of software that would enhance the user testing phase with better information. For example it would be nice if there was software that could would not only record the user testing cases but also keep track of other worthy information. Such as the amount of clicks on a location, the time spent on a page, how long the scrolling was on a page, etc. This would ease the process of user testing and make it more accurate for my team. We did try to find solutions but some software had certain tools other did not. We want all the tools we need in one.
