Startup Idea: Foreign Coin Exchange Platform

Startup idea to develop a software or platform that allows individuals to exchange foreign coins or bills they've brought back from their travels. People frequently traveling abroad, who prefer to have some cash upon arrival, could benefit from a system that converts foreign currency back to a usable form instead of leaving it idle or giving it away.

A lot of people are bringing coins back home from their trips. Of course, no bank is taking them back and there is nothing to do with them a part of giving them to charity (which is good but it can become painful when there are tons of coins). So I'm thinking that there could be some sort of software/platform/system that could bring people together in order to exchange these foreign coins/bills against actual money that they could use.

The people that would need it would be people that are going abroad and that will enjoy to have some cash with them upon arrival. No I haven't found a solution for that. Most banks are only taking back a few bills but never take coins..and I know a lot of people who have the same problem. Would be really nice if there was a way to exchange this money back without having to either:

get back to the country they're from give them to charity leave them in a box forever.
