Startup Idea: Custom Application for Streamlining the Process of Uploading Patient's Pictures at a Medical Practice

Startup idea to develop a software or mobile app that allows medical personnel to select a patient's file before capturing and uploading images directly into it. This aims to improve efficiency in the documentation process for medical records, specifically for oral surgeons and similar practices.

I am an office manager for an oral surgeons office. We are constantly taking pictures to add to patients files. This can be very time consuming to keep up with the amount of pictures and downloads. If there was something on a camera/app that would allow us to pick the patients file first then proceed with the documented pictures, this would save a bunch of time for us and would be beneficial to be purchased by many medical practices.
