Startup idea to develop an integrated communication application that can be used on desktops, laptops, and mobiles for staffing agencies. The app aims to tackle communication issues and incentivize clients to utilize agency services more.

I work for a staffing agency that employs too large of a salesforce in a saturated market. The chief complaint that I get from clients (I work as the client relations manager) is in regards to the volume of agencies that is contacting them.

I think that by my company launching an application that is desktop, laptop, and mobile integrated with the sales team that it will help to mitigate communication issues and also offer an incentive to the clients to utilize the services of the agency greater. No, because of the constant issue of communications within the staffing marketplace an app has not been developed by anyone else within the marketplace.
