Startup Idea: Automated Tech Guide for Client Meetings

Startup idea to develop an application that provides automated guidance for clients in understanding, operating and verifying tech equipment like projectors and WebEx systems in a meeting settings, particularly in the financial industry.

I work in tech support in the financial industry and we tend to have a lot of meetings with clients from outside the office. Many times, they have to use the meeting rooms to play presentations, but never know how to use our equipment.

It would be very helpful to have an automated guide that shows them how to use their equipment and verify everything is working correctly, such as: connecting to projectors, dialing to a WebEx meetings, or placing an international phone call.
