Startup Idea: Odoo Webstore Plugin Development for Startup Management

Startup idea to develop a plugin for better integration in the latest versions of Odoo webstore, offering a single point of entry for products and services, which can then be replicated across their ecommerce store, to increase market share and streamline operations.

I work with startup companies and manage the business development of around 8 or 9 small firms. One thing that we would like to see is a better implementation of Odoo webstore in the last 3 versions. The problem for people that choose to use their system over the past few versions is that they do not make it easy to enter once and have products and services replicated across their ecommerce store- which is important because it is why you would want to use their software...it can be leveraged. writing a bridge or a connector that created one area of entry in the form of a plugin would create instant market share for the developers. There are a lot of firms that would purchase it. Yeah, we wanted one to cut out having to develop our own. We developed one for one of our companies- though it was version specific. And then dumped it because we were putting our budget elsewhere. If it existed as a plugin, we would get back to purchasing it, however.
