Startup Idea: Troubleshooting Diagram Software for Electronic Companies

Startup idea to build a software that enhances problem-solving and troubleshooting efficiency for technicians by providing an organized drop-down menu with relevant diagrams. This would be a switch from the current MediMizer database, it's focusing on saving time by enabling technicians to focus more on unresolved or complex issues while leaving commonplace problems to the software.

I'm a technician for an electronic company. In several troubleshooting scenarios we see some of the same problems reoccurring. We use a computer database to track some of these problems called MediMizer, but due to work overload we're unable to input alot of these scenarios. An ideal solution for this would be an organized drop down menu, with diagrams for our equipment. The diagrams would break down different troubleshooting techniques to help out with troubleshooting and thus allow less time to be spent troubleshooting known working problems.
