Startup Idea: Lead Tracking System for Marketing Consultants
I'm a marketing consultant for a pension actuary/administration firm and we need a better system for sales leads.
Right now we're currently working on LinkedIn using a Spreadsheet. And it's hard to keep track of the people who accept invites and the people who change jobs, etc.
A simple customizable system for keeping track of leads would be amazing. For instance, if import a lead using public info available on LinkedIn/other social networks and then customize additional information like whether or not they've accepted our invite, contact info, etc.
If this system could also crawl that public information at intervals set by me and then notify me if a lead changes their job/title on their profile, that would also be helpful. LinkedIn has their own Sales programs they sell to businesses, but I find them seriously lacking.
