Startup Idea: Church Facility Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that helps in managing church facilities. It should allow the administration to log, approve, or deny facility use requests and should have a calendar that automatically populates the days and times of different facility uses easily viewable by staff members. The goal is to streamline the facility use requests, catering to not just church members, but also outside groups that use the facility.

I am a pastor at a church that does a lot of varied functions every month. Our church struggles a lot with communicating and coordinating all of the different ways the facility is being used weekly by different people. A simple software could help our problem if it had a couple of different functionalities.

If it had an administration section where facility use requests could be logged in easy or even approved/denied through that would be the best start.

Then it should have a calendar available to the staff where it automatically populated the days and times of different facility uses so that each staff member can see it at any given point.

This software would streamline our process to handle facility use requests made by all of the various people of our church as well as the outside groups that use it.
