I currently work for a legal firm, typing estate documents and answering the phone. It would be really helpful to have some kind of a program that would quickly look up a client record, something I can access very quickly when they phone in. The thing is, I need to pull a file quickly if I transfer the call to my boss, the attorney. He wants to refer to the file notes as he talks to the clients. Since he has over 5000 clients he cannot keep track of all their details, which is understandable. With caller ID I usually get their telephone number and could type that into the program and it would instantly pull up their address, phone number, file number etc. Can you help?.
