Startup Idea: Conference Call Rescheduling Reminder Software

Startup idea to develop a software for computer science research offices that sends out reminders to individuals who cancel meetings, emphasizing the urgency to reschedule within a specific timeframe. This solution targets the frequent problem of forgotten rescheduling amongst busy researchers.

We work in an computer science research office that requires anywhere from 20-30 conference calls to be scheduled monthly with 10-12 workgroups and over 30 people monthly. We have a problem when it comes to people cancelling calls but not rescheduling the cancelled call because of forgetting to reschedule what they cancelled.

I would pay for software that sends out a noification when a person clicks to cancel a meeting that they have a particular timeframe or dealine in which to reschedule the meeting before the next schedule meeting.

This software will solve problems of researchers who are extremely busy and forget to reschedule that particular call/meetings by reminding them of a timeframe in which they should reschedule the call.
