I am the office manager for a small plumbing and HVAC contractor. We employ several different plumbers and HVAC technicians on several large projects at one time.

Currently, we use paper time sheets to track hours, both for employees payroll, and job costing data. I have yet to find any kind of software or app that allows workers to easily track their time and jobs from their smartphones, and sync it to the central office.

It would be wonderful not to have to chase down each guy every week to make sure that I get their time card.
