Startup idea to develop a system that integrates with existing employee time tracking platforms, allowing users to log their sentiment towards a task via emojis. The system will strip emojis from time entries, while keeping a separate record to enable real-time sentiment tracking across projects, clients, and employees to flag potential issues early on.

A system that integrates with existing employee time tracking systems (e.g., Harvest) and allows employees to add an emoji to their time entry that reflects how they feel about the work they just performed.

The emoji would be logged and then stripped out of the time entry (so it doesn't appear on any invoices). The logging and tracking would allow managers to measure project sentiment in real time across projects, clients, types of work, and employees in order to identify potential problems (difficult clients, types of work people get frustrated with, etc.) very early.
