Startup Idea: Windows 10 Start Menu Cleaner and Customizer for Desktop Users

Startup idea to develop a GUI that simplifies customizing the Windows 10 start menu to replicate a Win7 experience for desktop users. This should include functionalities like removing unwanted metro apps, organizing shortcuts, adjusting privacy settings and disabling OneDrive.

I've been setting up/building a few computers each day. These people want a Win7 experience so I have to do some annoying crap by hand.

Windows 10 start menu cleaner. GUI to remove those metro apps that no desktop user is going to touch (easy with admin'ed PowerShell). Move shortcuts out of folders and into the menu (For example, installing CCleaner puts the one shortcut inside a CCleaner folder). Perhaps throw in (or spin off into another program) an automatic privacy settings adjuster. Set the reports sent to Microsoft as the basic report (maybe even block them, no idea on that though). Disable OneDrive too.
