Startup Idea: Home Financing Software

Startup idea to develop a free-to-use software for individuals seeking to purchase a house. It will collect basic user information, check credit scores, income and potential financing options from different lenders, simplifying the usually complex house financing process.

One of the ideas I see that software could help solve, which is one that I don't know has been addressed yet is writing a program for people seeking to purchase a house, which they can download for free and then input their basic information, ie, name, address, social security. The software would then check to see their credit score, check this against their income, and check with a list of banks / lending institutions that could possibly finance a loan for them in order to purchase a house. I see this as being a a huge thing that doesn't really seem to exist, outside of sites like zillow which really don't do a detailed check, whereas if someone wrote a piece of software like this it would handle all the "heavy lifting" for them and they could get their home financing done much easier than the confusing process it already is.
