Startup Idea: Offline Credit Card Processing Software for Paratransit

Startup idea to develop a secure and encrypted offline credit card processing system for paratransit buses, enabling payment with credit cards on buses without a live internet connection. The encrypted information is stored on a dongle-like device and processed at the end of the day in the office.

I drive paratransit and we only are able to take cash, check, or prepaid punch card for payment as there is no live connection in the bus to be able to take credit cards. This problem could be solved by a software program which could process encrypted credit card information stored on a dongle type device at the end of the day in the office.
