Startup Idea: Hotel Accommodations Management Software for Conferences

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of creating spreadsheets for hotel accommodations during conferences. The software will come pre-loaded with information about mid to high-end hotels, including details about rooms, seating arrangements, catering options, and various facilities available such as audio-visual capabilities, wifi, and laptop plug-in points.

I work for the energy department and we have numerous conferences per year. We have to manually create spreadsheets of hotel accommodations that show rooms, seating, catering vendors, how the seating style can be prepared, if the room has audio and visual capability, wifi capability, a place on tables for laptops to be plugged in... it's a pain in the ass.

How great would it be to have a software with loaded information on what accommodations are for mid to high end hotels?.
