Startup Idea: Cross-Platform Assembly Language Translator

Summary for idea #2432
Startup idea to develop a translation software capable of porting assembly language code smoothly between different operating systems and CPUs. This software should be able to interpret and document the system calls of each OS, easing the process and reducing the costs associated with different development environments.

i code in assembly language on linux os. yes, it is easy to port software to windows or mac platform as long as i have all system calls documented on each os platform, which usually means i have to have all development environment payed for. it would be even easier if there is a translation software available, from linux to windows and so on. even from one cpu to another since there are only few hundreds of machine instructions. why can't anyone wrote this already? only if i had time and money i would.

yes, i will buy this software. assembly code is 4 to 8 times smaller than C or other languages which means it runs faster, uses less power.
