Startup Idea: Automated Email Response and Filtering System Development

Startup idea to develop an automated system that can understand incoming emails' content, then determine and send a pre-written response if appropriate. Effective emails are filed into a folder without manual intervention, increasing productivity and improving business response times.

I work for a TV/Internet service provider. I am often emailed the same series of questions over and over and over and over again. I do use a program called QuickText, which does make things a little easier. However, I would prefer to not see these emails at all as I still have to read through them. I need a program that can "read" an email and determine if a pre-written response will accommodate the questions. If so, then I do not even see the email, it just gets filed into a folder automatically. If not, then the email is delivered into my inbox. Yes, I would definitely pay for this. I believe it would save about 25% of my workday. I know something like this would take a little time to set up initially, but the end result would be worth it. I would be more productive at work, and my emails would be answered in a more timely manner. Less waiting on the sender side.Better for business.
