Startup Idea: Construction Management Optimization Software

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive tool that boosts efficiency in construction management. This software would have features to manage cost effectiveness by factoring in labor, materials, and pricing for construction jobs. It should include functionalities for manpower allocation and integrated bidding system.

I work in construction management. Something that really takes up a lot of time is managing cost effectiveness of manpower needed in certain jobs. If there was an easy to use tool/software that allowed me to factor in materials, amount of employees I would need to have on-site, and prices for both of those factors in the job, I would be able to more easily assess and counter offer on bids for different jobs. An added perk would be if I or an administrator could manually input employee IDs and have them all spread to jobs for the time we would need to complete the job.

I would pay for a software that took care of this problem as currently, a lot of my duties get pushed back and delayed due to having to schedule, make bids, keep in touch with prospects, and make intermittent calls about materials and outsourcing.
